As a victim of a major natural disaster, we have found Grasso has been invaluable in their guidance and support dealing with the insurance company. They have educated us as to tips to deal with them, how to word things in “their language”, and insight into issues that insurance companies will hope we were not aware. Even after our first meeting with Grasso, suddenly the insurance company started to “play ball” as they clearly understood we had someone like Grasso behind us. Grasso has been by our side every step of the way, and without them, we would have been at the mercy of an organization that demonstrated no desire to look out for our interests though we were their customer.
